Meet Ken

O. Ken Aranha (affectionately known as “Ken”) is a licensed real estate salesperson with The Bahamas Real Estate Association (BREA) since 2018. He is a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) of the NAR and holds a certification in Professional Sales Training from the Residential Real Estate Council (RRC).

 

Ken's professional journey is marked by a strong foundation in business, holding both a BS in Business and Professional Management and an Executive MBA in General Management. Before transitioning to real estate, Ken spent significant time in the Petroleum Industry, where he honed his international business and management skills. His excellent track record of profitability and committed personalized service earned him recognition in both civic and international arenas.

 

For approximately 40 years, Ken has been an active participant in various civic organizations, including Kiwanis. His long-standing dedication to community service is demonstrated through numerous leadership roles and volunteer activities, significantly contributing to the development and support of his community. This extensive involvement has not only benefited local initiatives but also bolstered his reputation for service and leadership.
